stan krajewski
Best tweak for an Edgarhorn is a chainsaw. Not in these exact words, but I've heard this said by someone about every speaker system that's achieved critical acclaim. Including the KHorn. BTW. I look forward to the day when I own a properly set up pair of KHorns.
ZAKO
Some times you have to take the critics with a shot of Scotch. Or shoot the critic.
triode
I take it that the above posters have never heard an Edgarhorn. Anyone else?
Allan Songer
I've heard both. The Edgarhorn sytem WITH the refrigerator-sized subwoofer powered by some mighty fine PP tube amps and a Well Tempered turntable sounded really, really good to me. Deep, clean, clean bass, a nice fat midrange. Sounded better with jazz than rock or symphonic music. On the dark side, but I liked em a lot.But they are FUGLY--beyond FUGLY. I wouldn't even consider putting them ANYWHERE in my home.
Chicago_Pete
Dont know about Fugly, but they are certainly in your face. Bold statement. The white ones are the worst.

Painful Reality
Better run for cover Triode. You asked something that cannot be asked here. Too bad...
Allan Songer
Better run for cover Triode. You asked something that cannot be asked here. Too bad... Hey! I was honest. I LIKE the way they sound! The PAINFUL reality is that if I had to look at them every day it wouldn't matter HOW good they sound!
thebes
Can't help enver even heard of them, but here's a pic: "Calling all cars, calling all cars...."
