damonrpayne Posted January 14, 2008 Author Share Posted January 14, 2008 Yeah, not trying to start a flame war, I just thought it was impressive how they matched the tone of the actors in the movie, lenght of the dialog, to recent events etc. I've got that movie in my Netflix queue, might have to move it up a bit. jtkinney Posted January 16, 2008 Share Posted January 16, 2008 I heard someone on the radio the other day that had been to the recent CES, commenting that it wasn't Warner Brothers or Blockbuster or Netflix that defined the format standard, it was the p o r n industry. Their convention evidently coincides with the CES, and whatever format they choose is it. Supposedly when they went with VHS, Beta just disappeared.
