kelA
Another good one gone before his time. I always thought he was overlooked for his talents. http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/obit_healey

Klipsched with Yamahas
Even did a little acting: Remember, "Roadhouse"? I'll be seeing Robin Trower Saturday night, and he'll be 63 Sunday. Not hard to remember since we share the same birthdate. 41 is just too young! R.I.P. Jeff, and maybe a little "Hell to Pay" may be in order as a tribute tonight

Mike Lindsey
"Healey's true love was jazz, the genre that dominated his three most recent albums. His love of jazz led him to host radio shows in Canada where he spun long-forgotten numbers from his personal collection of over 30,000 vinyl records." Another great one bites the dust... and a vinyl lover to boot! Mike
J.4knee
That just sucks. When I first heard him play I was so blown away I almost chucked my guitar out the window. He will always be on my top ten list of favorite guitarists. This is just too sad. RIP Jeff Healey
Tom Adams
[:'(] This is especially sad for me. Not only was I a fan, but the circumstances that surrounded how my wife & I met, led me to singing to her the song "Angel Eyes" because it reflected how we met that first night. From there it kinda became "our song". To my suprise, she had the song played as the exit song after our wedding ceremony. Tom

kelA
Yeah I think every guy has a story about the song "Angel Eyes" and a former or current girl of interest. I will be curious to hear his new "rock" album that is due to be released this spring.
