If I'm not mistaken you can have a PM conversation with up to 500 users at once. Maybe it's just admins and not users... I'm too lazy to dig through the config options right now plus I'm an endless conference call. heh.

Didn't Repeat fall out of a boat? I always heard Pete fell off a fence. Poor little fella.

It's a bug that appears when someone pastes a link into a post with a trailing space on the pasted URL. I have a procedure that runs daily that corrects this on the database level. I haven't had time to write a patch that prevents this.

I'm not "new" - And I don't, believe me. The same should be said for most of the frivolous things I may write here

I run my own cult, can't join another one ;-)

Does there really need to be (at least) 3 separate topics for this?

The search engine has been posted about several times here already. I'm aware of it's crappiness. It'll be fixed in due time. In the meantime, there is a way to get results via Google. Check out this post

Hanging chad? c'mon, that's just hacky. I like Amy's suggestion, although I'd shorten it to Der and Wick. heh

I'll be honest, I'm not liking what I'm hearing and am a bit disappointed. We heard several months ago about a new "Reference" line. Now it's a "Reference line that's more economical for the masses." I'll try to be patient and withhold opinion until product release. Without giving too much away, It'll be a multi-tier line. Something for everybody. Some folks who went to the demos could verify that the sound on them (even the "entry level" units) were pretty freaking stellar. We are talking about a big-time improvement. I appreciate the explanation Chad. Honestly I get excited for every new product Klipsch brings to the table, so I apologize for being so subjective. I've just been holding off on some other purchases in case there is a speaker in the new line that I have to have! As Amy said, the current Reference line is sticking around for a little longer. The stuff coming out in July is still well worth looking into. Judging from your signature you might just find they fit one of your upgrading needs!

If they do have them, they broke the rules. No pics were allowed in most of the demo areas. The good news is you won't have to wait too long to see the first of the new products being released. It's coming very soon.

Also, I believe it was mentioned, but that pic doesn't include 2 of the groups (including the one I was guiding around), because some people (forumers cough cough) decided to take the opportunity (rightfully so, I GUESS) to pick the brains of Klipsch employees and ask a bunch of questions and geek out a bunch, therefore making the tours go a bit long at the end. The nerve. (obviously I'm joking. was great that we could provide the opportunity. I'm sure we'll be doing it again at some point.)

***** I guess you're the only one that can type it. See the quote yep, we Admins bypass the filters. Such a perk!

Beans are censored around these parts: https://community.klipsch.com/index.php?/topic/134427-fine-food-and-music/?p=1744697 This is unintentionally hilarious.

Are you sure? Do you have first hand knowledge? I can confirm that I don't.

Klipsch HQ Tour + Party (Indianapolis)

I find it highly curious that the videos of Amy are always getting lost. If someone can get a video or still image of her earlobe..... now that will be a challenge! Man, you guys are creepy. -
In case anyone here was interested, some folks on Reddit are trying to garner interest in a tour of Klipsch HQ in Indy. Thought I'd share. It wouldn't be a "pilgrimage"-level event, but we're considering it. note: I have no say in the decision to do this or not, just relaying the message. http://www.reddit.com/r/indianapolis/comments/27pdon/any_interest_in_a_tour_of_klipsch_hq/

I resent that. That goes double for me! Also, I think the big takeaway from this thread so far is that we should all refer to Alex as "Alex". Scratch that... let's refer to him as "Social Butterfly Alex Leopold".
