  1. There's a pair of Quartets WO's on the app Offer Up in Tinley park, IL for $700 asking. I contacted the seller cause they don't mention what model they are. She says they are a 8-9.
  2. Three inch prime ribeye or you can call it a one rib prime rib, same thing. I seasoned it like prime rib and the way I cut it up for eveyone, every piece had crust on it.
  3. Bonus points for the type of cut.
  4. Forgot to post the end result. Guess I was to busy eating the leftovers!
  5. Two butts, my own rub, my own sauce. Going on at 9 p.m.

    KPT-456

These should have been sold right after you posted them.
  7. IT IS OLD! Why did I just read all those posts?!!! Maybe I should have another gummy! Good catch Wuzzzer! Ha!
  8. Ha Ha! You're Wrong! It's a KPT-904 cut up to make a center channel! Learn the products man!
  9. Understood, but not what he wanted. I'm still trying to figure out how to turn mine into a center, nothing urgent though, still have a lot on my plate. Haven't had a chance to hook up my Xilica yet, had it over a month now.
  10. 904 on its side with a cutout in the cabinet to lower the horn so it won't interfere with the picture. He's not going to use a projector screen. The wall has a level 5 finish so a projector screen paint can be applied. The room isn't completed yet. Thoughts on what he did?
  11. Stock K-79-K Dome is to me, leads pointing down, positive is on the right. Hope that helps. The positive symbol is on the back side.
  12. I vote save your money and get the Cornwalls.....new! Nothing like new, I've been buying used for a long time, but there is something special when you have scratched and saved for something shinny and new. Yes, get a lot of your upstream equipment "used", you will save a ton, but speakers....nothing like new. You maybe in a small space now but what about a year, two years, five...ten? They will move with you and you will cherish them until you buy the Pro Audio line...hahaha! I've had Chorus II's, Forte II's and a crap load of hereseys's. I think you can do no wrong with the new Cornwalls. Others have already said they sound great in a small space. I would rather buy big if I knew I wasn't going to spend the rest of my time in that small space. Try to buy once instead of twice! This hobby sucks a loy of $$ out of you if you don't have a plan, but it's hard to figure out that plan unless you've experienced all the aspects of this hobby. I've spent a lot of money in this hobby and I know others have spent more than me. All I'm saying is if you buy the Cornwalls you are good for 20+ years....go the Heresey route as your mains and you will always wonder if you should have bought Cornwalls. Just my opinion.....but my wife and kids doesn't listen to my anyway so what do I know? My employees listen though.

    Jokes?

How do you keep an A-hole in suspense?
  14. Well, I got one crossover done today! Much respect to the builders and suppliers that make these for us. I think it turned out alright for my first one. The L-pad will be taken out later once my bro-in-law has his 904's dialed in. I won't be offended if you don't like what you see or if you point out a problem. I can't learn if I don't try. All wire is 12ga.
  15. @Deang, @Dave A , @glens Got the L-pad parts in and want to make sure I do this right, just need a blessing...... This... Plus this Equals this right? Thanks for the help!
  16. Wish you were closer. We could do a swap, 904LF's for the 415's. 😞
  17. Not great but GREAT news! Sucks that he had one but he's alive and very treatable! You know the diagnosis and now can move forward with a game plan. My wife will be in the hospital for the next week but am not going to worry myself with her safety being there, might be the best place to be. So my prayers are with you and your family in these crazy times and wish your dad a speedy recovery. Things happen for a reason and we cannot control things that are out of our control, so don't fret Jay, he'll be taken care of. If he needs surgery, then he needs surgery. The Doctors aren't going anywhere and you live in an area of the country where you access to the top medical field. He'll be good. I feel for you bro. Head up.
  18. She had surgery a week and a half ago to get the big "C" out...but she went back in today due to some complications, has surgery again tomorrow. I not allowed to go due to the corona virus and there is 15 with it at the hospital the last I heard. Fun times!
  19. I'm good on ammo, might need one of those communal scrubbers for my butt though.
  20. I'm in downtown Chicago everyday. Its quiet, never seen the city so slow. Just worried about my wife getting this.
  21. It's an 8 ohm. Any specific L-pad you would recommend because I'm going to do this for the 3 crossovers I'm building then plug in the real resistor when it's dialed in.
