Nice set up CANT, I think horns look good gold.

Ok thanks I have communicated with Al K He recommended the CSW-450 with the Harris 400 horn which I will order in July unless what you have is the same? Rich
-
Ok thanks Dean

Thanks for the offer I am plug and play. I really like the simplicity of crossovers. Bob Crites even built me a nice pair when I had my K402s for many years. Rich
-
Thanks Dean it is the B crossover only correct not B-2 etc?

Hello sootshe, Thanks I have talked to Michael he said he has not tested my configuration so he does not know how his crossovers will perform. If I cant find anything I will get in line for a build with ALK or others.

I I have a message in with Michael, but this in not technically a CornScala except for the Bass bin which Bob give me the dimensions for a few years ago. Thanks for your help Rich

Yes I will check it out when he is taking more orders. I was maybe thinking a Klipsch cross over or Crites I guess not? Thanks Rich

Thanks for the offer but I already bought a pair from Crites Rich

I am building a three way speaker. I will be using Dave Harris tweeter lenses with DE10, the FastTrack 400 horn with the A55G mid driver and Crites cast frames in a stand alone Cornscala bass bin box. My question is there a Klipsch or Crites crossover that will work well for this build. I know there are other options but it is long wait for other builders to build a crossover for me. Maybe I should be patient but if there is a alternative without the wait? Thanks Rich

Your header states 600m and your add states 500m

they don't look like AL-5s to me

Thanks again Bubo, I will check it out What model number of the Teac did you get Rich
-
Thanks Bubo, Thinking it over I might up my budget would not be the first time I have done this in this crazy hobby LOL What DAC do you own? Rich
-
I was wondering if any of my forum friends have tried this DAC? I am on the fence. I have the original DAC magic that I have been using on and off with also a Maverick Audio Tube Magic D2. I also am considering the new SMSL 9 Any thoughts? Wanted to keep it around 500.00. Thanks Rich

I agree when I posted I thought about stating DIY speaker ,but as you see I went with a recognizable term LOL I will build a separate bass module and a separate box for the highs and midrange. I am going to wait till July ALK will take more orders then and get the CSW network. Has anyone used the DCM 50 or compared it to the A55G. Thanks Rich

I just purchased a pair of Dave Harris's 400 horns and a pair of his tweeter lenses. I want to build a three way CornScala. For years I have always wanted to here a Cornscala so it will happen soon LOL. I have a new pair of Crites Cast frames that never got used from another project. I want to use the DE10 for the tweeter or maybe DaveAs tweeter lenses? I am leaning towards a pair of A55gs for the midrange with the adapter. Would the DE750 or the DE85TN be a better driver for the midrange? I Have heard the DCM 50 is a even better driver Is the DCM50 a big improvement over the other drivers I have mentioned? Maybe I need to spend the extra money and buy the DCM50? The reason I wanted to use the A55g is maybe to try and get the midranges to sound like a LaScala? I had LaScalla IIs for 11 years I liked the midrange of the speaker. Maybe it would not even sound like the midrange of the LaScala II using the Fastrack horn? As you can see I have a lot of questions I need help from my forum friends for this build Thanks Rich

Congratulations, They sure get great reviews Rich

As you know a lot of great amps out there. One of my amps is a Will Vincent ST70 IMHO it will bring your speakers up about 4 notches, Clean highs no harshness Huge mids with excellent deep Bass. I can listen for hours on end. Just my two cents Rich
-
Use it 1/4 cup to gallon of water. I have used it for years without any problems at all. Never heard of it Ruining anything.

That is the only product I have used on all my speakers, all the heritage stuff I have owned etc. it even made my K402 horns that I had look a deeper black. I remember my Mom always using it on all the wood furniture when I was a kid LOL Rich
