Yes it is disconnected / shut down as soon as I saw the issue (actually the wife saw it and said " thats cool looking "............To which I said no it is not, took a pic and shut it off swapped tubes tried again etc...etc...etc...Appreciate all the suggestions but it all greek to me. I fear this amp is headed back to where it came from, or to a tech for repairs. Not that old built in 2017 and supposedly has only 80 hours use.

So I am afraid I know the answer here but might as well post the inquiry. I just received this amplifier a high quality build by Radu Tarta its a shiny eyes 45 I put the tubes in fire it up and the left tubes plate is glowing red while the right side appears normal. Obviously the left tube is getting a good bit HOTTER I swapped out the tubes for another good testing pair and same result the plate glows red on the left side Both tubes do bias out correctly at 2.5 As the same result happens on more than 1 pair and swapping left for right tubes the left still glows red after swapping sides I am fairly positive the meaning is something is out of spec on the amps left channel. Thoughts anyone ?

I am not bothered by it still setting, In fact I am kind of happy. You are right though they do sound VERY GOOD and IMHO they are easily worth the 1500 Will sells them for 950 is a bit of a steal

I had an ear problem in my left ear certain Freq. at anything above Volume X would cause a buzzing / vibration sound. The issue has not been as present of late I took a mandatory break from speakers for 5 years and since coming back to them the issue is MUCH less present. Try Listening off axis as well, that sometimes helped back when the issue was a constant nuisance

Wife + Audio = 😒 for a lot of folks..................................I guess I got lucky My wife supports the hobby she figures its better than Harleys, Drugs, Booze, Womanizing, Bar Hopping, This List could get pretty Long

Damn Fine amp sounds wonderful, I will be kicking my own A$$ for letting this one go but unfortunately new toys require I let some stuff Go So have a Look. It has Cardas Binding Posts and RCA inputs. The amp has upgraded Caps but I can not recall what they are and I am not taking the amp apart. I got this one basically NEW and it has approx 300 hours on it. The Driver tubes are 7199 and the amp can use several Power tubes EL34, Pretty much any of the 6L6 Family, 6V6, KT 66, Or the KT77. My personal favorite in the amp is the Russian 6p3s (6l6GC equiv) Buyer can choose between the Russian 6l6GC or JJ EL34 from Ruby. the Drivers are Vintage Rectifier has the print worn off pretty sure its vintage as well RCA ? I have a 7+ its red I bought it from my sister that uses ATT I tried to hook it up to Verizon with no success she swore it was good to go. You can have it for what I paid 150.00 It charges up holds power etc... I was never able to get it connected to a service (Verizon) has box and all..................If you are interested I will hunt it up and make sure its ok

Appreciate the input. I can hear bass very well but the high end is where I suffer. A lifetime in the construction and industrial maintenance fields took its toll. When I listen now I am lucky to hear anything above the 12K range. I know the Vincent is class A / AB and the Aleph is Class A at low level listening I can take either though the Vincent just sounds more fleshed to me. I suspect if I could hear above 12K I would find the Aleph does better up there. Perhaps my hearing loss is why I now feel like the Push Pull design just sounds fuller to me. For the longest Time I was a SET devotee and most SET amps are Class A Food for thought

Personally I have both in house and to my outdated ears they both sound good. My perception is the Vincent has stronger bass but it could be that I simply WANT to prefer the tubes. Its hard to teach an old dog new tricks. I need to come up with a way to move between the amps quickly. Anyone have switch suggestions based on actual use that worked well ?
