  1. Back when I was 20 , I had bad luck with a diaphragm as well . [:^)]
  2. So , If I were to fire up the Jubilees at the Battery , the chances of rousing him from his grave over on Sullivans Island would be slim . LOL .
  3. And here is the Puckhaber Brothers Band ! My great grandfather was the youngest of the six brothers , he is the one in the middle holding the flag . The photo was taken in 1888 according to my dad . You can probably tell by the headgear that Oompa Music was their forte . [8]

  12. James Island ? I was thinking more White Point Gardens , " AKA , The Battery ! " Heck I work about a 1/4 mile away from there ... In fact my Great Grandfather and his brothers had a band in the late 19th century that used to play the Pavillion there ! Oh , to go back in time with the Jubilees and a generator !!! They would have to fire up the Cannons again to keep up !!!
  13. I realy thought that this post would get more response . Dean , Bob , Al ? Maybe this is a kinda initiation to see if I can Pack them properly . Thanks Michael and DD for your replies , they make me feel more secure on this endevour . These are after all the heart and soul of my Belles , and for what it's worth I would Hate for anything to happen to them during shipping ! And I will reply that my Belles sound great to me with these old networks . Here is a photo of what I intend to do before modifiying the enclosure . I will secure the networks so that they do not move around in the boxes . Perhaps I will wrap the boxes themselves in bubble wrap before placing them in styrofoam surrounds in a larger box . " No Peanuts or Ghost Turds " I almost feel like I am sending my child off to his or her first day of school !

Anybody have some tips and or photos of how you have done it ? Thanks ...
