If my wife was gone for a week, the police would show up with questions and a search warrant.

I remember posting that alert and then changing the title when he picked them up. (made me laugh)
He was the "alert" master, and it made me happy that he pursued my alert..... RIP

Beware of the enablers! They lurk in many places in the Forum. They'll help you spend all your money, until your living room is full of giant speakers

Cool - yes; maybe the best solution just to build one. Not sure the woofer/tweeter sizes will let me cut-off an inch. Maybe @TasDom could measure these? Thanks a lot TasDom
Woofers are 6 1/4" x 6 1/4"
Tweeter Horn 6 3/4" x 6 3/4"

Are you serious? Why was it removed? That's going too far if the sole reason for deletion was the modification afraid it may be nearing time to jump ship.
Could not agree more! Spend 35K and $$$ for LaScala surrounds apparently doesn't warrant posting a creative alternative for something Klipsch does not offer. (are single Jubs even offered?)
FWIW, I enjoyed the build thread and the camaraderie between @Khornukopia & @MMurg

I'm sure it sounds great, but those speakers on the ceiling look very dangerous.
Regardless.... Enjoy!

For $2500.00 bucks, I'll shove some used La Scala's in my ears. 😋

I'd go with DuraTex in lieu of painting. Much more forgiving and more durable than paint.
