  1. Zappa, That's fair enough in that there's no telling, unless we are the original owners, what background any of these have endured. I have had my 2 pair of KLF-30 side-by-side driven by the same amp (Onkyo M504) and have done the same with my 2 pair of Chorus II. It's all subjective in that what's clear and crisp to one is harsh or bright to someone else; what's great bass to one is too tubby to another. I want a little more bass from Heresy, others find them perfect.
  2. If she has an Adam's Apple, he's not a she. Using that logic... what the hell is Bruce Jenner? A circus act = No BJ from BJ for me. back to he OP: Terminal blocks: round or square? 4 or 8 ohm?
  3. At this price, if they don't stomp the competition, a second pair is still affordable.
  4. If you're close, I can let you hear that the KLF-30 is slightly more betterer than the Chorus II (detail and amount of sound). Having said that, I really like the Chorus II. Unless they're side-by-side, I can't say which one is better.
  5. Great job Youthman John, I really like the finish on your speakers, that's why I suggested you post pictures of the tops. The Klipsch employee who matched the veneer did a great job. Whoever scores these will be proud to show them off for both sight and sound.
  6. Growing up on a farm, I never did mind the sound of all the animals I had...lots of them. I always HATED the guineas because they would nark me out every time I would try to sneak in late. Back on topic. A shock collar on the dog owner would be very effective.
  7. They do look nice and that IS a great price... If you were down the road I would grabb em .. yea I'm sick like that.... lol lol Good luck... MKP :-) I would grab them too. At that price, I could enjoy them for a few years and still recover 100% or more of my money.
  8. I had seller's remorse after selling my first pair of Chorus. So much so that I wasn't satisfied until I scored another pair...thanks Brandon. Though they don't have as large of a mid horn, they have a better full range sound the the LaScala that I had.
  9. I agree with Bill on the bass heavy Cornwall and the well balanced sounds of the Chorus II. The smaller mid in the Chorus 1 might not make as large of a difference. Also, the Cornwall can be placed about anywhere, where the PR make the Chorus a little more placement sensitive.
  10. Put the dogs on your side of the fence. Your neighbors will get tired of all that barking coming from your house.
  11. I'm not married, so all I can offer is to trade a girlfriend for her..... or are you talking about trading the poster?
  12. Rub that salt into our wounds why don't ya... Looks good Jim.
  13. The THX Ultra II is the turnkey package to get.
  14. Nope. And as far as quality and quantity of sound, I have A/B the ones I have here and the KLF-30 came out on top.
  15. Truly sorry you're having health issues. Those look great. I want pair of Cornwall for centers to the Belle...and another pair for the Khorn..and.... GLWS
  16. Don't forget that there is a 'Make Offer' button.
  17. Those look great and I totally agree with Zappa in that's a very good price.
  18. Guess we should have been there.
