  1. Most folks aren't aware of the custom sized canvas art frames available online, one can use for speaker grille frame usage. Quite reasonably priced. Just be aware tolerance usually +- like 1/8, NOT important for a painting canvas, but important to fit confines of a speaker box. Extremely sturdy milled corner joints, simple to assemble w basic wood glue Self squaring, but still gotta check diagonal equality (Finer than w a "square" possibly even,)before you walk away for this accurate use. Lars
  2. In regard to the latest Metropolis Photo, and the "no tools" following post, in that case, have a local guy w a tablesaw rip a 1X to correct width to act as a shim to bring grill forward (if you want a "flush" appearance), then online order a custom size canvas (for paintings) frame, cover w cloth and staplegun. 8. One of the simplest jobs in the world, scuff sanding the risers and re spraying with your choice of paint to make you happy. What the heck is "Wally- World" paint???? They simply carry all the predominantly distributed national brands of spray paints. I'm not sure good/ bad, but "Wally World" problem? Do you know they sell excellent cheap no name RTV silicone caulk at a bout 1/2 price of name brands? Same stuff. He may not be a professional painter (but I bet it's fine) but a great helpful smart caring good man anyway. Lars

  20. Anyone have one gathering dust? Prefer an older like 70's or so model. Nostalgia make it sound better. Two channel for typical stereo use. Hopefully don't want to mess De oxiting sliders. Perfection is not at all mandatory. Low price is. Thank you, Lars
