  1. Yes. I have had them that far apart and they had a solid phantom center with aggressive toe in.
  2. Jolida and quicksilver are two quality tube amps that offer some of the best bang for the buck if cross referencing. Jolida is now black ice audio FWIW.
  3. IMO, for that price difference, Forte IIs are a no brainer. Don't rule out klipsch pro gear. Kp 250 plus a pair of subs to sit on top of would dominate both of those setups IMO. Kp302 with no sub would be even better. More food for thought, not easy to find per se. Chorus IIs do better as volume increases due to the pro woofer. Chorus I excel at low volumes. Depends on your listening preferences.
  4. Big thanks to @ClaudeJ1 and his buddy for getting me my end game system. Pair of each.
  5. Try to sell as is and see what you can get perhaps. Making the grilles nice will bring a better return IMO.
  6. Much respect for @Crankysoldermeister. You have been doing this forum right sicne forever. Glad you are finally officiated, truly
  7. This is what I replied to. Was just giving my 2 cents on a Dell I happened to purchase that I am content with. Had a hassle free return window but I won't be sending it back. Anyhow, carry on.
  8. Good to know. I am hoping it will be as we discussed. Tubes mids and highs with bottom end approaching SS grip and tightness.
  9. Incorrect. Exactly as I stated.
  10. OK you know best. It's a setting in bios that is currently disabled and allows a multiplier once enabled.
