@twistedcrankcammer That totally applies to me too. Took a summer history course my junior year to escape the ****** who taught it for a year. I took Fridays off and went up to the lake to hang with friends then took Monday off to sober up! Still don't know how I passed that class w/a C. Then our Principal who was a former Marine implemented hair/skirt rules my Senior year. If you pulled the front of your hair down and it went past the tip of your nose you got sent home with a letter to get a haircut or expelled til you passed. The girls? If their skirt was too short he'd make them get on their knees to see if the skirt touched the floor. Just a few fantasy's when that happend in the hallway changing classes. He'd stop and drop them right in front of everyone. Quite nummy actually!

Actually a nice day today so kinda hung out in the garage and did a lil yard work. Not much but some. Nice to see the neighbors out walking in the hood... Told them it's all about social distancing and that I was practicing it quite nicely before I flipped them off and told them that my way was 100% safe! Got quite few laffs. Had the garage system was cranked a bit so it worked for me. Then moved inside! Ha! Cookin with gas right now! Their first US release from 1969 and not too shabby! A lil CCR ALWAYS works! Low spark? Just nummy! Yaaaaaaaaaasssssss!

HA! I'm sooooo not touching that but I am circling the wagons! Sounds like PWK from what I've read. I remember RB LS in 1967 being either $1500 or $1800 each. I wanted them then but that was crazy nuts back then. I'd read everything about them and knew they were the best. God knows I lugged enough of them back in the day. Many had JBL's then too since they were a bit cheaper.

Marketing and advertising is fickle to say the least. I slip my Klipsch T shirt on here every once in a while here when I go listen to someone or just hang. I can't believe the number of people here in Ohio who've never heard of Klipsch. A few say they've heard them at Best Buy and loved the sound. That's when I tell them they should check out the Heritage line and watch they're faces. It's a duh look for sure EVERY time. Then I point them to check out the company web site. Those I know come back and tell me they did and were wondering get an open invite to stop over and listen. It's fun watching their jaws drop. You've just set their bar a bit higher when it comes to sound reproduction. Gives them a brass ring to reach for down the road. So does Klipsch really NEED the marketing and advertising stuff when they have a speaker that sells itself to a more critical listener? Maybe and maybe not. What would PWK do? It's BULLSHIT? Bottom line bling is bling. IF ya wanna showboat ya might want it and if ya don't care then ya don't. It's always nice to have something. Sure the true Klipsch lovers want it but is it worth the money spent to have it? Then everyone has one. So the company make a bit of pocket change? I kind like the challenge of nosin and keeping my eyes open looking for things. They're out there somewhere. Maybe. So IF anyone has something lemme know! hahahahah Yea, the struggle is real.
