Eh, had to run out of town yesterday and caught the beginning and ending on the radio. Knew they stunk up the second half but last nite read where they only shot something like 21% from the floor? You're not gonna win ball games ANY where that way. Didn't hear a thing about Sparty til I saw this. Too bad. They're looking tough from what I've seen. Who knows it's the B1G and we all know how that goes. Still early and I'm sure there will be a fair amount of upsets this year too. Always is! Next month we'll see what gels. Actually waiting to hear what the NCAA rolls out on the official complaint OSU filed w/the B1G on the officiating in the Clemson game. They've admitted to the two bad calls yet haven't responded to the complaint. Seems as though most who watched the game agree that the calls were terrible and came from the worst crew possible for a Championship game. Bottom line on it though ya can't die in the red zone 3 times in the first half. Left way too many points on the field that game. The other thing, how did LSU jump into #1 overnight? The NCAA was also asked about that in the complaint. ESPN also owns the broadcast rights to the SEC and ACC that's why they always have the Natty. Nah, never happened. hahaha Only way OSU will ever beat a Southern team is to walk in and just stomp the crap out of them all imo. It's coming.

Going back to last nite's Titan's game a bit. Loved the look on John Harbaugh's face at the end of the game. Vrabel went to the same game plan OSU does against any team coming into Cbus. Isolate on their best! Took them right out of the ball game. What I chuckled about was when they panned that camera to John, he had the same look on his face that brother Jimbo does when OSU's stompin ❌ichigan! Hated to see Vrabel leave OSU but everyone knew he'd do a great job in Tenn. Guess we'll see. Just saw these. "Without" a pic it didn't happen... Riiiiight!

Weather is warming up a bit here in Ohio. Perhaps this crud WILL go awy! Picked this up today the 1969 remaster RSD of their first LP. Not a bad job on the mastering and still the same old Yes. Solid and together. Moved on to a lil Claypool/Lennon and their "Delirium." Can't get over how much Sean sounds like his dad. Wiki is calling this Americian Psychedelic? Hmmmm. I must be missing something??? Well maybe kinda but. Well @JohnJ maybe we somehow ARE dialed into each other. Finishing up the Claypool Lennon now then I think I'll give his old man a listen on something. I don't know how you play whether it's a cold start for every side of if you "grab them on the fly" but that's what I do since the Linn off/on switches are pricey. Yea it's prolly NOT the right way to do it but w/the felt pad on the Linn a tech told me long ago you could easily do it w/o damage. Dunno. He also told me the Discwasher brush should last touch the center spindle, which is grounded and will eliminate the static. I do know if I don't ground out the Discwasher on the spindle almost all the time I'll pull an LP and have the felt stuck to the LP. I'm sure the right way is to stop and start but w/this old table that switch is gonna go. Also w/my old cart that goop would prolly have my retain my diamond. hahaha Can't believe this thing even plays! Any insights Paul??? I'm listening! Yup, needed a bit of the old man... Cleaning systems are back burner for me although I've been nosin when I see something. Don't know what I'll go with. The ultrasonic cleaners seem pricey but would prolly do the best job imo. Then again the VPI looks kinda cool and seems to work. Then there's that Dr Goop or whatever his name is with his twist on it all. I've always used the Discwasher system on my LP's but that's really not a deep cleaning like most need. Guess I'll get along that way til I get my Linn done then figure it out. I DO know I'm not turning my kitchen into a record cleaning lab although that's been a thought. I can't BEGIN to fathom what a PITA it's gonna be when I start. hahaha

HAHAHA! I was in the C's and just pulled a few. I wouldn't wish this crap on anyone! First hand knowledge? Nah, not much at all. I was WAAAAY out gunned. I did have my moments though. Tanya Tucker wanted to go golfin to but don't know if anyone makes high--heeled boots in golf shoes he told me laffin. THAT wouldn't have been any fun at all. He was about as down to earth as anyone you'd ever want to meet. His daughter is just like her Daddy. Out on the road w/her brothers doin their thang. Clueless but thank goodness I only have one! Lil Eric Clapton for a lil blues and "Tulsa Time." If there's ever an LP that needs re-mastered this one should be it. 4 hits on 1 LP? Come on man! Jim Croce captivated so many people w/his sing-a-longs! Might step it up a bit tomorrow but needed something tonight!
