There's a lot of distortion in lots of Springsteen recordings. Louder makes it worse. Sad but true.

I'd check the dead speaker with a meter. Then follow the traces on the crossover to find the open connection.

I’d test the tweeters if you feel they aren’t bright. You have the “go to” tweeter as it is. Your crossover is good too however it’s my understanding that that particular crossover version may be better in larger spaces and higher volumes. Also double check the wiring and connections.

Ha! Those cabinets are ruined. Best thing there are the badges and maybe the horns. Not even sure the grilles would clean up. It’s a shame though.

My experience with KG4s was more power=better sound.

Delivery was great. It was the "this is broken. Come get it. Refund my money." that was the problem. Took a week to make a return on something they delivered. Around 3 hours on the phone.

I will not shop there any more. Worst customer service ever.

That model is notorious for going bad. Something to do with the glue they used during construction of the AMP. Lots of info on the forum about it. Oh. Welcome to the forum!
