omatter371
I have a chance to get a RT-10d (black) new in the box for $899.99. Looking on the sites I can find the cherry for $799.99 occasionally, but would prefer the black. I was looking for an RW12d, but when I listened to the two side by side in a fairly decent setup, I prefered the RT-10d. So is $899 a good deal or am I getting hosed? BuyOtherSoundEquipment
Well, the retail price is $1,800 for a new RT-10D. Assuming the seller is reputable and thus your warranty is still valid, I would say it's a steal. 50% off just about anything sounds like a good deal to me. rgdawsonco
Heck yah! Jump on that. It's been discontinued so you can get deals on remaining stock out there. I picked up a cherry RT-10d similarly. It is spectacular!

Fizzlemizzle
I sell you a used one in good (very good) condition for $618 pick-up or $700 shipped. Dont have manual, box or calibration mic though. Can buy the mic for around $30 from klipsch. Selling it for what I paid for it but only to fellow forum members. omatter371
As for an update I did purchase the RT-10d for $650 after waiting 2 months. The manager knocked down the price since it was the last (besides the floor model). The only complaint I have thus far is having to turn the volume down when my wife starts complaining. It is awesome.
