bluesboy
I got a rare day off from work today so this morning I decided to check out the Don Imus show which is being shown now on the Fox bussiness news channel. Imus is having his guests list their five favorite songs. I thought it might be fun to try the idea out here. I'll start it out with the first five that came off the top of my head this morning. Nobody Knows When You're Down And Out Derek and the Dominoes Couple More Years Jerry Lee Lewis duet with Willie Nelson Every Grain of Sand Bob Dylan Into the Mystic Van Morrison Cold Cold Heart Norah Jones

artarama
Good thread idea, probably some new discoveries or old memories. It would take way too many decisions to come up with my top five. So let's just say here is five great ones that fit together nicely. These are in my music hall of fame. Mississippi Queen - Mountain Snowblind Friend - Steppenwolf Beast of Burden - Rolling Stones Lawman - Jefferson Airplane Red House - Jimmie Hendrix Wow! It feels like Friday already!!
