I simply kept in mind our last visit to an authentic Mexican restaurant uptown when our server made a batch FRESH right at our table ! Great photo's Also, I may have missed it in earlier photo's, but I see that you make use a Turkish coffee mill (for grinding pepper?). I have been using one for many years.
