flatgrass Posted June 2, 2012 Share Posted June 2, 2012 First introduced to his playing on WTCBU I in the mid 70s. Amazing playing. Production quality on the entire series is also first class. Heard various other albums through the years. The "flat top" style of picking was great. Read something a couple years back that some Japanese fellow had based all his playing on Doc.
