Deang
Don't think I've EVER posted here before. I mean, what constitutes something so 'technical' that it can't be handled by the 2 Channel Forum Let's see, Yesterday I jamming on some 'Godsmack' and my SVS was pumping so much air it blew one of my RF7's over into my tube amp. When I tipped the RF7 back over, I found that one of the RCA Cleartops had dislodged out of the amp and was now protruding out of one of the woofers. I don't know what to do. If I pull the tube out of the woofer, there will be a hole, but I really need that tube for my amp. HDBRbuilder
Deang, I think you have gone a bit too far in attempting to prove that "Klipsch speakers sound great with tubes"!! ------------------ I can now receive private messages
Soundthought
Hey Dean, That happened to me once. Or was it twice? Anyhow, it was very technical. These folks on this here site fixed me right up. Reckon they did. Oh.BTW. I have a question? Curious in nature. If it is that an urget demand is the mother of clever devices, then would the father be nessessity? Audio Flynn
And I thoght I was bummed about blowing a tweeter in my RB 5s last week. As you get older you cannot even have a little fun without paying a price...
justin_tx_16
what a sight. when i was at that evil Tweeter Home Entertainment yesterday, I saw a set of RF-3II's with pretty big dings in the woofers. looked terrible, but sounded great explain this to me. Ok, i have a RB-3 and a SB-3. is there a noticeable sound difference? i mean, they look the same (different horn on the RB-3 tweeter) and both sound great... is it worth the extra like $300 (double the price) for the Reference's or do they sound the same to you guys also? ------------------ -justin SoundWise Support A technical help site created by me and my fellow Klipschers I am an amateur, if it is professional; ProMedia help you want email Amy or call her @ 1-888-554-5665 or for an RA# 800-554-7724 ext 5 Klipsch Home Audio help you want, email support@klipsch.com or call @ 1-800-KLIPSCH RA# Fax Number=317-860-9140 / Parts Department Fax Number=317-860-9150s>
