Professor Thump
This is one of my gems from my days as a VP at Monsoon. If you love classical with incredible deep imaging this will work. Rivals Magnepans and Martin Logans. I am not even sure what they are worth. Just need to raise some funds to move. ............................ProfessorThump@gmail.com................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................................... Tremors
Cool looking speaker! FWIW, your recent postings of garage sale ads are akin to opening a used car lot with a sign saying "NO CAR ON THIS LOT IS PRICED. IM NOT SURE WHAT THEY'RE WORTH". You gotta start somewhere, lol. Only you know where that somewhere is. Give us all an idea and see where it goes. Best of luck in your sales and upcoming move.
Moderators Youthman Posted April 13, 2013 Moderators Share Posted April 13, 2013 A model number might help those that are interested as well so they can look up specs, size, reviews etc.
McMiRA
I just recently sold my monsoon desktop speakers. Very directional but amazing sound. And they were small. These things will make someone's ears very happy.
Professor Thump
The model is a FPF-1000 there were not many made. I am guessing it was $2500 pr new. Hardly ever played because I have so many speakers as a speaker engineer. This is one of those rare times when i am liquidating to move. Professor Thump
There you go... How about $900/pr
BLSamuel
Got a chance to get a pair of these for a good price and smaller 600 model for even less. Bad room so thumping in chest bass was boomy muddy but seller is bass player and sound great to him... kind of like bass grunge on bass. I'd love to get both but low on funds.
