WTB: RB-75's and RC-7

Telling you something you already know, but that's a tall order. RB-75s are a rarity. Add 'minty' then you're looking at prices anywhere from $800-1000, or something real ambitious like this dude: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Klipsch-RB-75-/200960358185?pt=Speakers_Subwoofers&hash=item2eca2bb729

I'll post something here if I see anything.

Great speakers but getting hard to come by. They do command a premium when you do find them. I got lucky when some came up locally for a great price.

Other than the ones RN mentioned, These are the only other ones the search results returned.

Best of luck to you!

Saw those, I assume location influenced his asking price. I'll shoot for minty but as the days go by standards may have to dip. Wishfull thinking tends to override reality at this stage I should probably edit that post to welcome feedback on anything that is say maybe 7/10 (on audiogons scale) on up.

Any heads up notice is welcomed. Thanks

That's a sweet deal. Those look beautiful Jim! [:P]

They are correct, nice RB-75's don't come up too often. The ones I bought for a friend of mine were in pretty rough shape (water damage, wood separating on edges and lots of scratches). Didn't matter to my friend because they were going inside a cabinet. They sound amazing for a bookshelf and sound better than some floorstanding speakers I've heard.

Hope it works out between you two.

Klipsch RB 81 II - $600 (west knoxville)

These speakers are in mint condition, they are 150 watts. purchased Aug.
2012. I"m looking to downgrade because I live in an apt and these are
too much for what I need. The neighbors are getting upset. They sound
awsome though! Call me at 865-306-0885 or e-mail me. My name is Danny.
