Lol, there is a zuchinni festival east side of Gainesville. Lots of people do not like. IMO, they have never had them prepared properly with a number of dishes. It is like cucumbers. Until you have had fried pickles done properly well, you know...:emotion-21:(wonder why my stomach is starting to make growling noises akin to a lions roar...

if it's battered in egg and pecorino romano... it taste just like eggplant..

it can be served with a red sauce..

or a reduced white wine lemon and caper sauce !!!

never made it ...how about chicken livers..pan fried in evoo garlic , onions , mushrooms , red wine reduction , and a splash of tomato sauce..
