Yes, $2k for the entire set. It was a divorce sale and the lady was just wanting her ex's "junk" out of her garage. She was grateful to get $2k and I was grateful to help out. She knew he paid a lot for them but just didn't care as she seemed to be quite well off financially.

This reminds me of when I bought my KG 5.5's. They are my first nice speakers and I came to the house and it was a nice place and it was only the lady with 2 kids so I immediately thought "Divorce Sale". Anyway, I tested them out a while and asked some questions and the lady finally said, "These were my husband's, he loved them but he recently passed away and I need to move so I am selling them..." I felt really bad but she was selling them anyway so I paid full price. When I got home I put on my Lynyrd Skynyrd "One more from the road" album and played Freebird for the guy. Sort of a bittersweet day.
