Does it need to have HDMI? I have a very nice B&K Reference 50 w/ original remote and manual.

He said it's not a deal killer.

$350 shipped. It's a very fine sounding pre-amp and I've been hanging on to it for just that reason. The dac is pretty good too. Not that it really matters but I paid $2,700 for it new....

I have an Outlaw Model 950 pre/pro I bought new in 2003.  No HDMI inputs or outputs.  It started powering off on it's own.  Outlaw Tech Support told me it was likely a bad bridge rectifier diode on the power supply board.  It is boxed up in the original box with remote, manual, power cord, and AM & FM antennas.  If he has the know how, maybe he can repair it.  $100 plus shipping.  It served me well up until 6 months ago as a 7.1 pre/pro. Cosmetically it is flawless.  Bummed me out that it started powering off.  I would still be using it to this day.
