tube fanatic
If anything will make the point that our food and environment is being poisoned to foster corporate interests, this will sure do it! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ayGJ1YSfDXs And I heard on the news this morning that Monsanto is putting up money for research into why monarch butterflies now number only 10% of what they were some years ago (it is already known that their only food, milkweed, is being decimated by the enormous use of Roundup on US crops). You can be sure that the "research" will show that it isn't the Roundup, but something else, that is killing the milkweed........... sean5340
I didn't notice a house or neighborhood in the drone footage. The place actually looked well taken care of and the PETA footage showed what appeared to be clean well kept pigs.

muel
Pig manure is good fertilizer except that it stinks really bad. They normally work it right into the ground. Spraying it in the air makes you a really bad neighbor to say the least!

tube fanatic
The big problem is that animals living in such conditions tend to have much higher disease rates than those living in their natural state. Antibiotic use for livestock has hugely increased over the past 10 years despite warnings from the CDC and other agencies that it is resulting in the explosion of resistant bacterial strains which are affecting humans. Make no mistake that if you constantly ingest antibiotics in your food you are harboring those strains in your body. And to turn the waste from those animals into an aerosol sure as heck will increase the exposure even further. Yes, I'm a free range advocate!
