Schu
I have one of my TUBA HT SUBWOOFER for sale. This is hands down the best theater sub I have ever heard. It's almost a flat response to 18 hertz. Your neighbors 5 houses down will hate you if you play this thing to late. Not recommended for apartments !!!!This one was professionally built and has a better 15 inch sub then recommended by the builder.www.billfitzmaurice.comThis one is finished in Zeba wood. It's very nice looking. It has never been abused. It was broken in properly. It's barely broken in actually. I used 2 of these in my theater so there was no need to push it.$1500.00OBOPlease text me with any questions.Matt7o2--596**5691 http://lasvegas.craigslist.org/ele/5161881182.html

Axz Hout
Seems slightly pricey doesn't it? I like your thinking, a better woofer may cost $250. But not stated what 15" driver it is. Then a small box, perhaps 2 x $50 4x8 plywood sheets.. For that coin I would get 4 of these 18" motors http://store.ficaraudio.com/ib318/ And a lot of groceries to boot. CECAA850
They could have at least matched the grain on the driver door. They went to great lengths to make it look nice other than that.

jason str
Price is fair, about what i may charge with the veneer finish work included. Don't like that the veneer on the access door does not line up or where the terminal cup is mounted (more chance of a leak there) but there has been much time involved with the building process and finish than one might think. I wonder what driver was used ?

Schu
Price is fair, about what i may charge with the veneer finish work included. I wonder what driver was used ? Sorry for the slow response. It has a dual voice coil beast from parts express. I don't recall witch one we ordered. I'd need to open it up and possibly pull the woofer to see. I know I got what I considered the most durable 15 I could fit in the space. I have been running it with a bash 300 w amp. It's absolutely obnoxious when it needs to be and very well behaved when it should be. Not to boomy in my opinion. If you want a quicker response. Please text me. Matt. 702-596-5691 thanks for your interest.
jason str
If its a DVC driver probably the DVC385-88 The Utlimax would work also but the surround would cause clearance issues with the motorboard if not properly checked beforehand. derrickdj1
Price is not bad, considering the labor.
