The speakers were in individual gray bags, kind of like garbage bags, to keep dust and that kind of stuff away. Then they were wrapped with plastic wrap. The foam glued to the sides of the crate is that fairly rigid stuff that computers are usually packed in. The total weight was 462 pounds!!! That is one heavy crate. Or maybe a bad scale. I went down to ForwardAir's national terminal south of Columbus with my friend in his Caddy. We both cringed when the forklift driver put the crate on!
