I have talked with a few various groups within Klipsch in the last weeks and I must say that their tech support and parts department is about the best group of people I've dealt with. Anyone wondering if Klipsch is worth the extra dollars should note that, in addition to the superior products, the support is phenominal. In Australia Klipsch are particularly careful in selecting suppliers and retailers. Retail staff are fully trained and it shows in their enthusiasm for the product.
