Not as natural sounding as more current state of the art speakers are.

aviserated
---------------- Aviserated, What about the RF-7s? Do you think they are the same sounding as the Chorus? ---------------- I once owned a set of RF-7's and I did compair them with my Forte's. The RF-7's produced better imaging and more natural midrange sound than the Forte's. But the Forte's seemed to have better bass definition. aviserated
Have you ever witnessed a speaker disappear. What I mean is 3D sound floating in front of you, sounding like it is not coming from a speaker. That is magical and sometimes the RF-7's would do that with my cheap Denon Player and AMP. I have never witnessed the above experience with my Forte's using the same old Denon setup.

In my opinion, they are still an underrated speaker. That's why I kept my pair. I will eventually upgrade to Heresies in the rear to complete my Heritage set, but there will always be a place in my house for my RF-7s. Carl.
