colterphoto1
oh, oh, oh It just came up on my imac jukebox. That would be Chicago Transit Authority with Peter Cetera 'Does anybody Really Know what Time it is ?" How does this work, does it have to be pronounced correct before I get to do the next lyric? About time I chimed in on this thread. I did know Max's Amused to Death! Michael

Jeff Matthews
Here's one from some 70's Brit rockers The sky is red I don't understand past midnight I still see the land People are saying the woman is damned.... Michael Michael, you, my friend, are so welcome to join in on the fun. I was hoping for awhile that you might. Well, your guess of my tune was close. The tune was "Questions 67 and 68." But I'm so glad to see you join that your "close" guess is good enough. The rules are on the 1st page, 1st post. Yours is the current challenge. Stay tuned. Michael Deep Purple - Burn Here is one from this side of the pond "In the day we sweat it out in the streets of a runaway American dream At night we ride through mansions of glory in suicide machines Sprung from cages out on highway 9, Chrome wheeled, fuel injected and steppin' out over the line Baby this town rips the bones from your back It's a death trap, it's a suicide rap We gotta get out while we're young"

Jeff Matthews
More lyrics of the same song: "Some fought themselves, some fought each other Most just followed one another Lost and aimless like their brothers For their hearts were so unclear And the truth could not appear" Name that Tune! EDIT: See the rhyme pattern? You could fill in the blank after each of these two versus to get the album's name.

rplace
crud, okay, I get the strategy, guess first, then work on your next song. Takes two posts each round. I find a better method is to post the answer real quick...confirm it if you need to...then edit the post for the next set of lyrics. I am cool with your challenge...play on with CP1's!!! EDIT: I was really scrambling to get that last one of JB's I knew it would not last long. Between thinking it was an Eagles song, not Joe Walsh and having Rocky Mountain High stuck in my head as the name I was about to pull my hair out. Then for some reason Life's Been Good To Me So Far" popped into my head and I was on the Joe Walsh express...good fun![]
