I really liked this movie, Denzel Washington is a ATF officer who is investigating a terrorist bombing of a river ferry, and gets involved with a goverment weapon that looks back in time. It's hard to explain, but worth watching. IMO Maby some else can explain it better ?

Dtel,

My wife & I watched this movie last night and loved it! Great recommendation. We had been wanting to watch it since it came out and will probably purchase it. I freaked out when he used the laser pointer!!!!

Not meaning to derail the thread, but has Denzel ever been in a movie other than a serious drama? His movies aren't bad with Man on Fire being unsurprisingly good. However, after a while, the drama gets old and to heavy.
For the record, the original Manchurian Candidate was so much better.

I'll try not to derail this thread further, but you make a great point here! He is very dramatic... It forced me to think back to the only comedy I ever saw him in back in the early 80's--Carbon Copy with George Segal. Terrible movie, don't see it, but it was a comedy!

This movie sounds great..I'll have to pick it up.
