About 15 years ago the wife and I were driving through somewhere in Pennsylvania and stopped for breakfast in a nice clean little Diner and they served us Scrapple with eggs and toast and it tasted quite good that morning. We asked the Waitress what it was made of and she said something about it being made from the different parts of a pig.
