Guest " "
I think I'll trade mark WOW, NIB, NOS, LOOK, etc and charge folks on ebay a fee if they use these words in a listing title.
djk
You forgot 'minty'. Bose already took the decimal point (and sued Thiel).
DrWho
Wow, another one? Sounds like it's time to boycot Monster.

Islander
Years ago, when Esso was using the slogan "Put a tiger in your tank!", they tried to sue Post over Tony the Tiger. The judge threw out the suit, saying it was very unlikely that anyone would go into the aisles of a grocery store to buy gasoline, so there was little chance of confusing the two products. An unfortunately rare case of common sense...
jheis
Wow, another one? Sounds like it's time to boycot Monster. Agreed. I, for one, will never buy another Monster product (even if they weren't ridiculously overpriced). James

Deang
Someone who has more time than myself should try to pull the whole audiophile community from all of the known forums across the web and create a petition telling Monster cable that if they don't cease and desist from this idiotic behavior that they will find themselves out of business. lo123
This is included in the links at the end of the article originally referenced, couldn't resist including it here. It's a long read but really provides a technical comeback to a threatened suit against Blue Jeans Cable by Monster. http://www.bluejeanscable.com/legal/mcp/index.htm

Daddy Dee
We may have to quit referring to Frankenstein as a monster.
