Klipsch Stadium color - is it a lot darker then the pictures?
Chad replied to Defo's topic in General Klipsch Info
We did update the finish last year to a darker version called "Anthracite". However some of the old finish are still out in our channels so until we can confirm all of them have sold, we have not been able to update the images on our site. Sorry for any confusion. The version you have is the newer finish. That is the only difference. -

It would be possible, but I'd need to write a plugin so you could do it via bbcode. If / when I have time, I could do that. I couldn't find a hook that already exists for this board software.

(old specs) Klipsch.com - Website/Search Box, what happened?
Chad replied to BusaDude's topic in Klipsch Website & Forum Info
Thank you. -
yeah... it wasn't the best placement. I've relocated it.

? It's newly added to this site, yes. It's a legit link. We've been instructed to add that tagline to all of our websites so we've been slowly doing that. Don't shoot the messenger.

(old specs) Klipsch.com - Website/Search Box, what happened?
Chad replied to BusaDude's topic in Klipsch Website & Forum Info
It's on my list! As with any new website, there are a million things to fix and add after it launches. This happens to be one of those things. Thanks for your continued patience... -

(old specs) Klipsch.com - Website/Search Box, what happened?

Here's how a DIY'er could make this happen: Unplug your computer. Go outside. Throw it in the garbage. Cancel your internet. -
And to answer concerns over customer service - it's something I know we are always trying to improve on. I don't see our CS department moving away from Indy any time soon, from what I see around here. Thanks.

Just popping in here to say we have been talking about doing something like this very recently. I can't say if or when it would happen, and to what extent, but I can say we've talked about it.

(old specs) Klipsch.com - Website/Search Box, what happened?
Chad replied to BusaDude's topic in Klipsch Website & Forum Info
The old specs will be coming back... soon™. In other words, it is on my list, along with a metric crapload of other super-high-priority post-launch things that I'm working through. I promise we'll get to it. In the meantime, if you have an immediate need for specs that aren't displayed on the klipsch website, you can use our normal support channels, such as our support ticketing system: http://support.klipschgroupinc.com/. Our customer service folks will do their best to help you out to the best of their abilities. As for the comment "this website change wasn't well thought out", I don't think you understand a lot of things related to my job. That's OK. -
fixed. had to hunt it down.
-
was reported in another post and fixed.
-
both of these are fixed.

Hi all, When you come across a thread that is giving you a "database error" (which happens when someone accidentally cuts/pastes a URL with a trailing space), please also include what forum the topic is in. This will help speed up my efforts to fix it. Thanks!

(old specs) Klipsch.com - Website/Search Box, what happened?
Chad replied to BusaDude's topic in Klipsch Website & Forum Info
Lets hope it gets fixed SOON! Because the spec sheets are NOT available as a download right now for most, if not all, of the discontinued products... Including LaScala, Forte, Chorus, Epic CF and KLF. I'm sure there are others, but those are the only ones I've checked. All the products that had spec sheets available for download on the old site still have them available on our new one. Yes there are some that don't have (and haven't had, even on the old site) downloadable spec sheets for some reason. We'll get to the bottom of that. Thanks for asking so.... nicely?
