They lasted less than 2 hours before someone used the BIN feature and reeled them in for $1499. They were nice! ---------------- I couldn't pass them up, but how am i gonna get them to Cincinnati. any help from the east coasters. he said he was going to get me some shipping prices.
  3. go to your local radio shack, they have 2 models. do not get the digital one. very easy to understand. around 40 bucks. install the 9v battery, slide the 2 switches to C weighting and slow response, turn the dial to 70db or 80db sit in you chair and hold it out in front of you and adjust all speakers until the meter reads O and have some fun. see ya
  4. just a thought, if i remove my gas fireplace insert and installed one of these horns in its place, 6000 instead of 12,000 then install my gas burner in the horn, with one watt of input power I could have one hell of a flame

They sure look great, I like the custom smoked glass tops too. $2000 and reserve not met, I wonder what the reserve is? Dayton isn't too far from me, but is a long drive, I would probably have them shipped. Is the price too high for 83's? Are 83's a good year for the K-Horn? -Ryan ---------------- Ryan, i live in cincinnati and if you want these you should go after them and get them. i will help you. cincinnati to PA is 4 hours. i paid 1850 in 1991 for my 84 k-horns in cherry oil 5 mins from my house. no shipping charges or damage. you don't want to have these shipped. rewalters54@hotmail.com Russ Walters
