One of the things I miss about Texas BBQ joints everywhere and great!
  3. Hello JohnW Best of luck to you with the actually satisfied with your system.😀
  4. I would also consider the Gold Lion KT66. I just ordered a quad for my amp. I like the KT66s deeper bass and fuller mids with just the right high notes to my old ears Rich
  5. I have K402s with Crites passive my Inspire 45 amp is magical ! I have posted this before they have never sounded this good. I have had the K402s for 14 years. This is my latest amp I have a whole new system. Rich
  6. You are right Joe, I think that's exactly what I experienced today. That barn system is a keeper for now in this audio journey Rich
  7. I don't have my tube amps set up out there yet. It was a QSC amp. It was something MAGICAL out there today with the 904s I don't know if it is the 11 foot ceilings or more wide open space it sounded like I was 3rd row. Every instrument separated, awesome highs, mids and deep bass. Rich
  8. I was out to the barn today listening for a few hours and Abdul Ibrahim Solo Blue music made me change my mind. I just can not sell these right now time will tell Thanks Rich
  9. I just got one of these Saga preamps. It sounds great ! I am using it with a Inspire 45, Inspire Universal and Will Vincent ST-70.
  10. All P.Ms.replied back
  11. They are the factory DE75 Drivers Thanks Rich
  12. Thanks JohnJ Yes I lived in TX for 32 years retired moved to TN. Rich
  13. Yes the amp of your choice.
  14. IMHO they don't sound like Cornwalls at all. Bass is more refined a much bigger presentation across the whole audio spectrum. I know you have heard this before the Pro line is in a different league all on its own. Rich
  15. One pair of KPT-904s with new Crites crossovers with adjustable L Pad to adjust horn volume if needed. At real high volumes I like to lower the horn volume a tad. Refinished in Sherwin Williams semi gloss industrial enamel. They look better than new IMHO I like the semi gloss black with a finer texture. Local Pickup only Clarksville TN. $1500.00 for these amazing sounding speakers. Thanks Rich
  16. That looks awesome the hunt payed off. What brand of tubes are you going to use in it first? Rich
  17. If you are thinking about the ST70, I would recommend Will Vincent ST70. Built with upgrades parts, you will have power to spare. It will make your Cornwalls sing IMHO I am really enjoying mine on my Klipsch speakers. Another option is Inspire by Dennis Had Universal Amp . Both amps show up used not that often though. I have no patience I bought new. Although I am very new to tubes and no expert. I believe my S.S amp days are over. You owe it to yourself IMHO to try out tube amps Rich
  18. I received my Inspire 45 this past weekend. I am in awe on how this amp sounds. I have owned and been enjoying the K402s going on 13 years. Longest I have kept any audio gear. I have been playing all my favorite tracks that I am very familiar with . All I can say is IMHO the K402s have NEVER sounded this good! No more pro audio amps for me for the K402s Rich
  19. Dave You only have 24 Spuds left to build when you place the order of 50 let me know I will take a couple of completed Spuds 😀 Rich
  20. If you can stretch your budget, get one of Will Vincent's ST 70s you will not regret it IMHO. I am really enjoying mine. Rich
