  1. Finster, when I want to save a photo I first save it to my desktop then elect add/update from the options tab and save then I do those same motions again from the attach image payne above! Always puts that goofy box next to my photo but at least it attaches[]
  2. Roy started this thred recently and you may be able to pm him for the answers your looking for[] http://forums.klipsch.com/forums/thread/749436.aspx
  3. See this thread from our visit to Hope last weekend! Roy put a passive in to one with a 402 top and crossed it over at 600! http://forums.klipsch.com/forums/thread/750235.aspx
  4. I must concur, Seti in a pair of tights is a very scary thought indeed[] Sure wish I could have heard a Blueberry on the MAC's for some reference on mine but maybe one day Seti will have one and he can bring it over[] He is a wonder boy alright but it has nothing to do with hanging out with a bat! Maybe a ding-bat[]
  5. Love both ideas, T-Shirts for the long term memory and a sweet end of the day treat like we all love for the hear and now[] Be so cool if they got T-Shirts delivered first thing in the morning and had ice cream delivered just before the close of business[]
  6. Mr. Claire, you sir are a gentleman and scholar not to mention one heck of a photo journalist[] The weekend spent in your presence was an honor and a thrill for me. Thanks a million for the fine photo's and comments that are spot on to just how this event went down. For those who did not make this journey Larry has marked it well and given in the photo's the passion that surrounded the whole event and once again proves just what a great place the Klipsch forum and it's members are[] Richard, I'm so glad you clarified as I don't really think anyone from the back office at the South East Conference would really care about these post[:^)] Pass me another bottle of that old Plungerhead would ya[<)]
  7. It appears my bird was right and Richard and I are typing at the same time[] IMHO they are worth every penny or was that Finney[]
  8. OK Finster I'm going to do my best Gladdis Kravitz on this one and see how close Richard says I am[:$] As the little bird told me he very well may have had those intensions when arriving at the farmhouse however it was said before leaving (probably due to the AWESOME sound coming through MeLovesK-Horns speakers) felt he may have been making a hasty decision from the onset[] Coytee, just working the crowd hard because you know if you drop the gavel they are lining up[] I'm not sure if the BAT's had a thing in the world to do with the sound coming out of those K-Horns but I will say to this day that was the best K-Horn setup I have ever heard period! I credit the MC-30's for I truly believe that combination may be hard to beat anywhere unless one was to go for more MAC power but it sure seemed more power would never get used IMHO[]
  9. Ditto to Christy's claim[] They have a beautiful finish and grain you lucky dog[] So tell me, have you had a chance to play any of Mr. Hughes through them and gosh I wish I had a 430 or 730 twin to push my LS's with[] Don't worry Michael even us big guys get choked up now and then and can use a big[{] That is a very good looking room for your newest setup and if I'm ever in your neck O'The woods I'm lookin' ya up[] I think if one is not going to have a Klipsch MAC tube setup that Klipsch HK SS is a real close secind buddy[] Enjoy the heck out of them as I know you will[pi] You know at the gathering I turned around and told Christy and Dtel (after Mark K.) gave us the demo of the new CornIII's in the best walnut finish I have ever laid eyes on that you should sell about half your arsenal and buy yourself a brand new pair of these babies
  10. Heading that way as I heard they are very nice indeed, big congrats[] I will tell you Me Loves K-Horns were singing for & aft of Bob's new networks/Tweets driven by Richard's (Coytee) MC30's (I have already had 2 lustful dreams of them since the Farmhouse[]
  11. Alas Thebes, one of the only things that dissapointed me about the equipment was no one brought in a Blueberry so I could see just how one sounded as opposed to my VK-3i[] I sure would have liked to here a Blueberry Extreme up against my BAT pre's just to see how good the Juicy is, I keep reading thread after thread about them but have not had a chance to hear one! As JW said the Lux/Merlin combo was putting a pretty nice signal to his DBB's for sure[]
  12. Say Christy, if you and Dtel go and pick them up in person you could take Ms. Donna out for a night on the town of course they do seem to roll up the streets around there by 9[] I appreciate all the hard work and time Trey and his posse put into this gig but we could all put our heads together and come up with a plan to send all the plant workers a little something just to let them know we and I think I speak here for this entire forum that they are forever in our thoughts and that's renewed each time we fire our systems up[]
  13. Great shot Mike, this picture says it all[] I sure hope Roy gets a 8X10 copy of this one as he has his passion and love for the Jub all over his face[]
  14. Exactly Richard, a false wall panel from floor to ceiling made out of a nice grill cloth material would look nice especially in a theatre setup. Roy said he thought any cloth material like this would be great. 75th Anniversary! I'm not sure if I would still be around by then, THX Buddy[] Yes the MAC are true class-A for sure, THX again for bringing them Richard[]
  15. Michael, I am the culprit of the comment and had you been hear you may have told Roy the same thing as he did a fantastic job with that network on the fly. I think he told me the X-Over was at 400 if memory serves me and I do listen a lot. Just ask anyone who observed me in the K-Horn/Mac room at the farmhouse. I think at one point Richard (aka Coytee) asked me if I had ven left that room[] LOL Of course an passive is not going to be able to keep up with active crossover but for a hard network and the price I think Roy nailed it down pretty good. We listened to several cuts but Roy did play that very same Hotel California cut and mind you we only heard one speaker this time but the room reaction was the very same as last year[] Roy ran them straight off the big Crown's and with a 50 dollar Emerson CD player and once again they rocked the house as no other 2 way to the best of my knowledge ever has!
  16. I would also like to thank Jim again as he gave the best tour of the Museum that I have ever had in the 5 times I have visited, his knowledge of Paul and his work is second to non as far as I can tell and he delivers with true understanding and passion[] Jim, I still want one of those stencil's if you ever let any of them go[]
  17. I second that Glenn, I stayed at the Farmhouse Friday night with Trey and the next morning just before 7:00 Trey's wife and son came to the side door and brought breakfast for Trey and I told him what a wonderful wife he has and how polite his children are. We are all very lucky to have Trey as our advocate on this forum and link to Klipsch[] Hope you had a great father's day Trey[]
  18. Roy, once again a pleasure and honor speaking to you and hearing you and Paul's baby singing the sweet notes. Super job on that passive network and I'm sure you had a few trails and tribulations as I saw quite a few spare parts setting on the back side of the 402 right beside the network[] To say Everyone at the Hope plant is dedicated would be selling them way short. Love and passion go even further than dedication in the true home of Klipsch. I never got to meet Paul in person but as I said last year meeting you and listening to you speak of Paul and his work was and is like meeting a vital part of him and I hope you are afforded the opportunity to carry on for many years to come[] You may have missed the party Roy but your ears should have been burning off this weekend because your name has been mentioned more times than could possibly be counted[] Hope your mom made it home safe and sound and I for sure look forward to our next meeting. Take care and God Bless you, your's and the entire Klipsch family.
  19. I'm sure Gilbert is now all[]'s[] You know I'm wanting to put these LaScalla's back together Bob so I'm hoping (kind of poetic for this trip) to unload any available cash to you to get this project off the ground but as you know I have not done a very good job so far[:$] Maybe I should be asking the Who if they have a discard bin out back of the factory[]
  20. Got an If I were there I would do just this. Find a big piece of cardboard, staple gun and a yardstick or something like that and make a sign or 2 to post out before tomorrow afternoon[] Just typing out loud again[:|]
  21. No, is that one of my (Better make that Roy's) babies I see behind Roger[] Did Roy say we might get to hear the Jubs again this year[] You know as it has already been said you are literally experiencing a chance of a lifetime delight Mike. Soak it all up and in[] Wees bees there fast as we can[][<)][8][D][ip]
  22. OK Michael, I'll make you some more CD's but I have promised Cueman I would have those babies up and running this year so the cabs stay[] I will have some Trapeze at the gathering for the the Who though[] I am taking donations and discounts for LaScalla parts ifin' anyone has spares setting around collecting dust[] Sure not going to be same without you and Woo there[]
  23. jw, I always take 29 North out of Shreveport/Benton La. it's a nice 2 lane but you will be in hope in less than an hour from that point[] Besides the farmhouse is just off CR-118E less than a mile off 29 North before you get into town and I know you want to download those BB's[]
  24. D-Man, I concur to some degree as my black indy LaScalla's sit right beside my black Nautilus 804's so I may just have the best of both worlds or not, depends on who and how you look at that[:^)] I like (no make that love) both pairs and admire each for their seperate strengths and differences (notice I left the WEAK anything part out)[] Klipsch & Wilkins out[]
