  1. I have the KMC 1 and really like it overall. I think the KMC 3 does not have a rechargeable battery built in. Instead, I believe it runs on D batteries when not plugged up.
  2. I may just do this. Looking to use it as a center speaker, so I may start looking for plans that allow it to be turned on its side.
  3. Looking to purchase a single Cornwall to use as a center speaker. I'm in the Greenville, SC area, but would definitely be willing to drive a few hours to pick up. I'm about 2 hours to Charlotte and Atlanta and roughly 3 hours to Charleston and Knoxville. Black would be preferred, but not a deal breaker. Thanks.
  4. Those look to just be the starting bids with Goodwill.
  5. May be worth it. The 2x3ft piece is $39 and shipping is $29. Not as bad as I would expect and a bit more manageable than the 4x6ft piece. For just under $70, I would probably give it a try.
  6. That's very interesting HDBRbuilder. So, are the 430 and 730 more similar than the 330, 630, and 930? Was there ever a 530?
  7. I've been using a wonderful Pioneer SX-770 for the past five years with my Heresy II's. While I love this combination, I have been curious about all the praise older Harman Kardon receivers get around here. So, I picked up an HK 730 locally and have been enjoying some of my favorite tunes. This unit packs some serious power! The treble seems a little stronger on the HK than the Pioneer, but that could just be in my head. I'm planning to set both units up and comparing them next weekend when I have a little more time. Overall, I'm very pleased with the unit and how clean the music sounds coming from my Heresy's.
  8. In your opinion, which current speaker do THE FIFTEENS sound the most similar to? I think they are an absolute knockout! I'm looking forward to hearing them at some point.

    Belles SOLD

    Those are gorgeous!
  13. I really hate that I haven't checked the forums recently. I have a tons of friends who went down to Tampa for the National Championship that could have helped with the move. I'll keep my ears open for anyone else heading down soon.
  14. I scanned through all the pages and am not seeing a price for The Fifteens. Now, I have been known to overlook information occasionally, so if I missed it, I apologize. Anyone know the price on The Fifteens? Thanks!

    Belle`s

Anyone travelling from WA to SC?
  16. I absolutely love all of the new products being shown. I think it's easy for companies to upgrade what they already have, but to actually pay attention to what their loyal fans/customers are dreaming to see is very impressive. I think showcasing these products and how they are displayed, adds a feeling of poshness to the brand. The wood veneer adds so much instead of a solid color. I think The Fifteens may be the ones that I am most interested in from CES this year. I am a little surprised they are active speakers since so many people spend lots of time and money on an amplifier that is perfect for the speaker they are driving. Also, will there be another run of the walnut Pro-Ject Turntable? I thought that maybe with all of the Heritage line releases and new products that could easily fall into the Heritage look that the turntable may be brought back.
  17. Any update on an ETA on the return of this turntable?
  18. Not associated with the sale https://augusta.craigslist.org/msg/5674735495.html
  19. I've been debating about buying a turntable for about two years and the Project Debut has been my first pick. Honestly, I didn't like the solid color options, but this one looks great!
  20. Those look great! I hope they come out with a limited run of the Belle.
