my Marantz cc 4003 multi disc cd player recently required warranty service. after a few minutes play time, it would start jumping from disc to disc.
sent it to a Marantz repair facility, Just Audio, in Baltimore, md. got it back in aboot a week, hook it all up..........and.......nothing! no power, nothing.
spoke to holly at just audio and she sent me a pre-paid fedex label and said if it was their fault they'd repair it under warranty and pay for shipping.
got it back yesterday, under a week this time, and the unit plays wonderfully!
it's great to see a repair facility stand behind their work, even though I'm 99.9% sure it was FedEx's fault that the second repair needed to be done. I did send it in the original carton, but we all know how things tend to get "jossled" by fedex and ups.
