  1. FB member since 06, hope someone scores.
  2. This ^^^^^. My first pair of 75’s arrived with the HF driver rattling around in the cabinet. Snapped clean off the plastic horn. The plastic horn/flange is no match for the HF 1.75 inch near Pro driver. Visually the box/package looked fine but it must have sustained a good enough drop to break the driver free. My current pair was a hand-off — 🤲 +1 on both. I know a few members' B75 didn't survive shipping. I have bought a few pair of RB35 and a pair of RB75 and I made sure that I picked them up in person.
  3. These CF 2 have been listed for a while. Might make them an offer. https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/539834486625932/
  4. That's right, KG4 for ONLY $1,000. better hurry. "Rare speakers, everything is in good working order. I have them set up now if you want to test them." https://www.facebook.com/marketplace/item/3035907243156188/
  5. You've too have been blessed...you probably have more than one. So far, what speakers have matched the best?
  6. I would like to AB the one I have (stock, tired, needing refreshed) to the one you bought back from Jason. Do you have it playing?
  7. I didn't know that. I'll have to try something different. So, what you're saying is that dwillie might be as well off to grab a 430 and enjoy it until a 730 follows him home?
  8. I asked because some speakers are more power hungry, such as the Legend and Epic series. Your LaScala will be a great match. After several people on here telling me that I need to try one, I scored a 730 on an auction site. It's been played on Khorns, Heresy, a couple of RB series and is now making the Belles sing. Like you, I want to capitalize on the pre outs and have a Dynaco 70 that I want to use with the HK. Another one you might look for and like is a Tandberg. The 2075 and 2080 have pre outs.. Good luck on your search
  9. What speakers are you going use with it? And what's your location?
  10. Here's you you and wishing that we could say Thank You in person.

    Jokes?

To me, it's not so much what someone is eating, it's how it is killed. Regardless if it is used to moo, bark or speak English, kill it quickly lol. I am glad that I'm not a praying mantis.

    Jokes?

You might be right. This has been a great joke thread and I will leave this subject alone in this thread.

    Jokes?

I have not, but someone sent me a video of them cooking dogs while the dogs were still alive with the legs and paws bound. One of the cruelest things to see, let alone do.
  15. I called him a liar a few pages back, but that fell under the mod editing knife. He, Fauci, like many others, has no answer for what to do, including the... well, you know who. I have advocated wearing a mask, stay at home, flatten the curve and all the while wondering if it is not what it was as presented. Fauci came out saying there is no need to wear a mask, but it was an airborne pathogen... then we all need to wear a mask. Then we have the spikes 5 minutes after 're-opening' and other sloped information, such as 'needed' ships floated into areas to help.
  16. I have one torch tip that is made to cut 12" thick. The thickest I have cut was 8". It is pretty loud and with lots of molten metal spray.
  17. I am happy that the welding PPE that I have is open back, so it really does help. Someone told me that he had a job welding on the inside of a water tower tank. His welding PPE was open back...and he wasn't counting on the mirror effect of welding on the inside of a sphere.
  18. It seems that it is time dependent, just like exposure to the Sun. To spot weld something together, no worries. More than a few minutes, a welder's jacket protects well enough. I don't really like to weld, but I have, for miles, literally. I have had to do jobs where I welded for a few days and I protect myself from top to bottom with a large fan to my back for cooling me and blowing the smoke away. If light can get it (V neck shirt, thin pants, etc) that person will regret it. Unlike a Sun burn, a weld burn doesn't drift into a tan.
