  1. Hello and Welcome to the forum. Nice score on the Cornwalls.
  2. Welcome to Klipsch realm. I like the reference line series. If you don't mind copper cones, may I suggest Fronts RF-52 or RF-62 Center RC-52 or RC-62 Rear RS-25 or RS-35 or Rear RS-52 or RS-62
  3. Looks pretty bad, would like to see the beginning of the footage.
  4. Thanks we as people need more positive uplifting things and we also need to do more to help out those in need.
  5. Welcome to the forum. I personally think both are a great options. If I had to choose, I would take the C-7 or the RC7 if you can find one. If not then the academy.
  6. LOL Let the neighbors have it. Then invite them over for movie night.
  7. I would love a $1500.00+ sub sandwich
  8. This is what I did, got a protective vinyl/rubber mat from lowes and cut it the size of the center and put thetv on top of the RC-35. Then also used my RB-51II's as a high center.
  9. 10K and they probably last for one use after you run dual boards one for receiving and one for xmit. I wish a salesman would try to push these on me or someone I know.
  10. Hmm just another brick for the building. Have you tried a wireless adapter on the receiver?
  11. Welcome to the forum. I would go with an RC-52II or RC-25
  12. I did notice that the ethernet connection on mine comes up with an amber light instead of blue or green. I believe their technology may be a little out of date.
  13. Run the setup on the onkyo and check for firmware.
  14. Maybe the receiver is a wireless bandwidth hog lol.
  15. It's one of the Onkyo I've been testing, a TX-NR636. I agree with everything you mention ~ done all that already. I wanted to keep that out of the equation for now. I know I have some WiFi issues which are slowly getting resolved. I already use a repeater for the main 2Ch system downstairs. And I know there's a lot of steel things between the main router and the rest of the house (steel shelves in closets, vertical cold air return/air ducts, kitchen appliances, steel beams & posts). I didn't experience this with a Denon AVR-X1100W I'm also evaluating. The Denon has external rabbit ears. I have an Onkyo TX-NR838 on the way. Should be here Tuesday. It also has rabbit ears. Should be interesting to see what happens. I just thought it was strange that the sound gain level would affect WiFi connectivity - as if it weren't drawing enough current to jump the break "so to speak" in a physical connection (as an analogy). I am using the exact same receiver TX-NR626 I mean one step below the 636 has the Atmos feature. Onkyo may some strange problem with their design where the volume affects the signal strength of the wireless could be a engineering flaw or shorcut they took. I will try mine on wireless and see.

  18. What type of receiver? What is your ISP speed level DL MBPS & UL MBPS? This problem sounds a bit strange, I would hard wire it if you have alot of things going wireless. Check for wireless interference (appliances. (download wifi analyzer app if you have an android) this will show all the wireless the area and what channel they use. If the receiver is far away from your router, maybe use an extender
  19. No price yet so they "may" be in your budget. Did I know you were in Florida? Where about? Bill Budget is pretty low right now with the wifes birthday, valentines day, and a couple of trips we are planning.
  20. Welcome to he forum. Those are nice speakers. If only they were in my budget and you were closer to florida.
