You guys are not giving white tail deer a fair shake. I am thinking that you guys have been eating Venison who only live in swamps that eat ruffage like tree bark and swamp grass. The white tail I harvest graze the same farmland as cattle and fields that grow food for milk cows. These deer taste is very close to beef. I generally harvest doe that are 1 1/2 to 2 1/2 years old. These deer are still very tender. I let young bucks and any fawns pass. When they hit maturaty the meat does get tougher. The mature deer I shoot end up in Chili and the slow cooker.[] The reason why venison is so red / purple is that is is very low fat and very healty to eat. Remember the old saying? The faster the animal runs, the healtyer its meat is. JM

The only upgrades since you have been over is I have been running BluRay and a 1080P projector for the last 2 years. I had to wait a bit to find an affordable projector with enough power to light up my big screen. [] JM

Hi All It is time to redo the Malotky Home Theater again. You know how this hobby goes, your never done. LOL. Im looking to get rid of the sectional and put in two rows of nice HT recliner seats. I don't know squat about seating and could use some suggestions. Thanks, JM

I heard from a freind who was outdoors when the quake hit. The best analogy he gave was he saw the ground moving just like waves in the ocean. Those tokyo buildings are a masterpiece of engineering. JM

I see a lot of weekends being talked about. What weekend is Klipsch shooting for? In June, I can only make it the weekends of the 4th or the 11th. JM

US Inflation for 2011 is projected to be 6 to 8 percent. The average American is getting a 2% wage increase. I lost my pension fund in 1991. I have had to pay for part of my health insurance since 1989. Why should state workers get all of this for free when the rest of Americans do not get these sort of perks in todays economy? The state of WI is broke and we can not afford any new taxes. Something has to change. JM

I remember learning in a mideval history class I took in college that using birds of prey for hunting was the best way for people to obtain fresh meat back in those days. JM

Netflix HD picture is pretty good at my house. I never checked the bit rate. The Audio sucks. You can't argue with the convieniance. JM

My son has been off drugs for over a year now. [] He has his good days and his bad days like any other creative boy who is bored at school. It takes a bit of extra work, but now that we understand him and his needs, he is doing a lot better than he was when he was on his ADHD drugs. JM

My youngest (now 9) was taught baby sign language at his daycare when he was a baby. It worked great. He was just a few months old and was communicating with us. He was not telling us he was thirsty. He would sign "more juice please" or that he was tired or cold at only a few months old. It made life much easier and I think gave him more confidence in himself. Sorry, but I do not have any reference materal. The daycare people taught him, then told us the signs he knew. JM

I have notbought one yet. I hope the single player game is longer than COD4. That was kind of a bummer. I am still hoping they find a way to open up dedicated servers for PC gamers. I like finding sites with specific rules for play and can bounce users who do not play by those rules. It makes the game much more fun and challenging. I also like it when admins can bounce people who cheat. Sounds like people have already hacked the Xbox and PC versions [] Flippen idiots. JM
