There are a few forum members on the island ( I have a house on the island), there isn’t much good Klipsch gear usually on the market out there. A couple audio stores in Victoria have had Cornwall’s. You might try selling on Canada Audio Mart. Good La Scalas list for $2,000 Canadian recently, try a search on Kijiji, there were recently a couple pair in Saskatoon if I recall. Sound Hounds in Victoria might offer some input. They consign gear too, but I have never gone down that path. Good luck.

Might as well start the mayhem... who 'ya got? I'm a long time Patriots fan. Mostly, I enjoy how BB changes the team year-to-year and within year to use the resources he has. He's a curmudgeon but I think he's the best coach ever. This year, they'll have to change to run heavy and defense dominant as TB12 goes from dominant GOAT to just ok GOAT and the receiving core is reconstituted (hence the heavy run game). My biggest hope is that this J. Stidham is the real deal. SuperBowl (the New England Patriot invitational) will be NE vs NO, NE wins 28 to 24. You read it here first.

@Emile don't think of your closet as a closet ... it's a really big port for your sub! Unfortunately, anything bigger than the DD10s for me, would likely be noticeable as the DD10s fit exactly inside of stands that I built for my Heresy. Hence, other sub(s) would be "outside" the stands and much more visible.

Thanks @Emile, I had ruled out the RocketFish versions given some feedback I saw. If I have to hard wire both, they will be close together, which may be ok ... just looking for affordable options vs tearing apart the drywall! Maybe I'll have to sell one or both and get ... hmmm a bigger single subwoofer. There's a very nice Funk Audio 18 inch for sale near me. I wonder if my wife would notice if 2 cabinets turn into just one (slightly larger one).

Does anyone have experience with wireless subwoofer transmitter/receivers? The little I've read, Amphony iFinity and SVS Soundpath seem to be very well reviewed. I can't find any dealer / individual in Canada with SVS version for sale. The iFinity are available on Amazon. I have a room that may require me to either run long sub cable or use a wireless pair. The subwoofer is a Velodyne DD10 (I have 2, one will be near the amp, the other likely some distance away ... e.g. 20 ft. direct line of site). Thanks.

Yeah Moray’s route is low risk. In long run, would you consider a music server that you can rip your CD collection onto? I have an old Toshiba DVD writer that I use for CD playing, but most cds are now on my Bluesound Vault 2, which after some initial pain is growing on me.

Are knock offs a problem? I imagine fakes with cheap internals would be easy to make, just like most valuable items... buyer beware?

In 2006 under 2 Channel Thread, a member noted their wife liked her stainless with side diamonds Baume & Mercier "rectangle" watch. That's my wife's fav too ... I have bought her; 3 Baume & Mercier including that one. She wears a round Baume & Mercier (pretty plain version) daily. She bought me a Baume & Mercier "rectangle" watch years ago and it is the only one I wear at all any more. I have 3 other watches none really nice (a Tommy Bahama special that makes me think of Hawaii). The B&M have a nice curve on the back that somehow fits on the wrist nicely. Only watch I'll own of any value. Have you ever been to London and wondered the "arcade" stores near Piccadilly Circus? I don't know anything, but some of the Patek watches are sure nice! I don't own anything worth enough to even test drive one of those beauties.

I know lots of the US are terribly hot! Calgary today has its first +30 Celsius high temp (about 89 F) and won't cool below 21 (70 F) overnight which is bad for here. Only good thing is the tomato plant is loving it ... who needs a hot house?

Any chance of a BOM and supplier list you used? Looks like a good project for the winter months.

Interesting price, there is a pair near me in Calgary for $950 Cdn, but I think they would go for $900 which is pretty close to the $676 US last price. I know there are potential issues with motorboard and likely some updates to diaphrams and maybe crossover, but ... hmmmm, I wonder how they'd sound in conjunction with 2 sets of Heresy?

For those who know Hattor, Arek has placed 2 of this 125W integrated amps on Ebay auction lately. The first went for about 1/2 his asking price of "buy it now". The second went at full price. Hmmm... seems a waste of time, if you were going to bid that high, just get a hold or Arek and buy the dang thing! Not sure how many he has but I should have chased the first one because the others are going to / have gone, for just too much re. an auction.

We vacation some years at a small resort in Min. ... if I was going this year these would be coming home. NIB?
