  1. Grif, The info is for a friend in Denver. Thanks again, Rob
  2. I have a LG flat panel that Dell repackaged for my PC. I love it.
  3. Hey Grif, I remember reading in a recent post that you recommended a certain company for in wall speakers. What was the name of that company? Thanks, Rob
  4. Dogs were bread to serve a certain function to support us in life. Whether they retrive, protect or assist us most dog's provide companionship and unconditional love if treated well.
  5. Active Army, 19 years so far, stationed in Washington, D.C. My wife is also in the Army with 14 Years.
  6. Rush is a great band. I agree that they're all great musicians. All the worlds a stage!
  7. Orangepeel, Nice setup, I also enjoy the sweet sounds from a Rotel RMB-1095 and Klipsch RF-7 setup. ENJOY! RP
  8. My expirences with Rotel are a little different. I purchased the Rmb-1075 to push my RF-7's and found the amp to be a little lacking. I returned it to my dealer and purchased a RMB-1095, there was a big difference across the spectrum. Not sure what jewishamerican was refering to about noise. I really like my RMB-1095. Never listened to the 35's so I can't make a judgement on that setup. Hope this helps. Rob
  9. No I have not had my Amp connected to a 20 amp dedicated circuit. I have never had any problems with my system concerning power except the 60HZ hum discussed earlier.
  10. If you are talking about the 60HZ hum, yes I had it. Used a 3 to 2 gender changer on the power cord and it dissappeared. As for the Klipsch/Rotel sound, to me it is a balanced/neutral sound. What I mean is that I am able to pick out sounds accross the spectrum. The only thing that I can think of that I dislike is that this combo will definately identify bad recordings. LOL! Hop this helps, Rob
  11. Scott, Don't be discouraged by the comments from others about Rotel. I have RF-7/RC-7/RS-7 running through a RMB-1095 and it does the job for me. You will notice a big difference. I went from a Yamaha receiver to a RMB-1075 to a RMB-1095 each was a step up. Rob
  12. Actually I am getting the his through all four speakers but the control sattelite is the worst.
  13. Hello, I recently moved and when I hooked up my promedia 4.1 system I began receiving a loud hiss through the control satellite speaker. My computer is off and the hiss is present whether the promedia's are on or off. - CHecked cabling - changed outlets, ran through UPS Any suggestions?? Thanks, Rob
  14. Purchased my Hersey II's in Stuttgart, Germany (1987). I purchased my RF-7's through AAFES on-line service in Sept 2002. Checked back in Feb 2003 to buy an RSW-15 and the service was discontinued. If you are interested in getting klipsch back into the AAFES line-up please contact the AAFES direct purchase program via their website. If they get enough inquiries we just might see Klipsch back in the stores. Thanks, Rob

    Audioquest?

I have audioguest copperhead cables. I like them. Bought them from onecall and audioadvisor. No Worries.
  16. Yep, I saw it two......Cherry, Baby!
  17. I have the series II model. I only did a comparison between the Bose and a $45 unknown brand of headphones. My only gripe besides the price is even with the airline arm chair volume turned all the way down, it is still uncomfortably loud to me.
  18. ...Acoustic Noise Canceling Headphones. - Lowered overall engine noise to a tolerable level. - The headphones improved the listening pleasure of movies and music. - With no music playing I could easily hear converstations from the other side of the plane, scarey. No I will not be purchasing Bose for the house, Klipsch has that department nailed. RP
  19. I made the jump from A Yamaha Receiver to Rotel seperates pushing RF-7's, RC-7, RS-7's. My dealer suggested the RMB-1075. Once I had it connected I immediatly noticed a good difference from my receiver. But it wasn't what I was expecting from seperates. So I returned the 1075 and purchased a RMB-1095 and I must say, this is the powerhouse I was looking for.
  20. For Pat, RANGER CREED Recognizing that I volunteered as a Ranger, fully knowing the hazards of my chosen profession, I will always endeavor to uphold the prestige, honor, and high esprit de corps of the Rangers. Acknowledging the fact that a Ranger is a more elite soldier who arrives at the cutting edge of battle by land, sea, or air, I accept the fact that as a Ranger my country expects me to move further, faster, and fight harder than any other soldier. Never shall I fail my comrades I will always keep myself mentally alert, physically strong, and morally straight and I will shoulder more than my share of the task whatever it may be, one hundred percent and then some. Gallantly will I show the world that I am a specially selected and well trained soldier. My courtesy to superior officers, neatness of dress, and care of equipment shall set the example for others to follow. Energetically will I meet the enemies of my country. I shall defeat them on the field of battle for I am better trained and will fight with all my might. Surrender is not a Ranger word. I will never leave a fallen comrade to fall into the hands of the enemy and under no circumstances will I ever embarrass my country. Readily will I display the intestinal fortitude required to fight on to the Ranger objective and complete the mission, though I be the lone survivor.
  21. I considered Sherbourn amps when I was in the market, but like B & K, I didn't have a local dealer.
