I wouldnt mind having accents from movies and what not but not dedicate it dedicate it so hardcore. It could very well be CGI considering that page says, "A $2 million dollar “Dark Knight” themed custom home theater is being built at a home in Greenwich, Connecticut. My guess is it was a concept for the owner and based on the original link, they have at least received the quote (may not be under construction yet).
