The point I was trying to make was related to the age old argumet on all amps sounding the same. The point is enjoy the amp![] I think it is a beautiful amp and a great addition to any system! I was just playing around since I don't use a preamp. I won't even get into the "my amp sounds better than your amp" conversation. If it sounds good to you, then it is good.
