sunnysal
saw this on ebay: http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=281054206791&ssPageName=ADME:X:RTQ:US:1123#ht_500wt_1156 seller swears it is a rare model of "audiophile" heresy. sounds fishy to me, what do you klipsch experts think? thanks, tony
Budman
hey Tony, http://www.ebay.com/itm/281054206791?ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1423.l2649#ht_112wt_1283 looks like a standard set of Heresy Decorators from 76-77-78 to me with some metal woofer grills added. nothing rare about them
oldtimer
Decorators aren't all that common are they? As for audiophile that applies to all heresies and heritage/extended heritage doesn't it?
DizRotus
Oldtimer- Is it time to break out the helmets?
moray james
Don't know about helmets. Metal grills more transparent than fabric? That's a good spin but I dont mind the look and it's a good place to stuff a layer of F-11 acoustical felt. The real impressive part is the audiophile zereo distortion drivers it's as it there was nothing there. Drivers that you can see all have distortion but these are 100% acoustically invisible. You can all have verticals any time you want just turn your Heresy on it side. Best regards Moray James.
Mongo171
I emailed the seller and he "adjusted" the nomenclature to include Decorator!
