CECAA850
Appear to be a bargain. Yes they do. I can't imagine them being up long.
Thaddeus Smith
That's a good deal? Maybe it's the photography but they look a little rough - I got my KP-201's for a value of $400. Grilles don't quite look original and are missing badges. Pictured woofer appears to have a reddish substance around the surround and edges. Screw heads appear to have rust. And then your usual cabinet dings and scratches.

Maybe it's the photography but they look a little rough They're certainly not minty but 300 is a good place to work from if you're a buyer. I've seen rougher listed for more. Guest Steven1963
If that is rust, it's a red flag for me. Rust means moisture and moisture + paper cones = risky.
CECAA850
If that is rust, it's a red flag for me. I don't know if they use cheap screws or not but I've seen more rusty ones than clean. Maybe it's just the humidity here and where he is. I've painted a bunch of them. Heritage_Head
300 is a fair price. They need some work for sure. Anyone else notice he has the h1 stats listed? (1957-1985)
Sancho Panza
Bought a nice pair from there last year for $250. Even have badges, that these don't.
CECAA850
It may be location dependent. In the Houston c-list I see them in this condition listed for 4-500.

Fish
Luck, fast phone & guy who honoured his word. Nice to hear when people honor their word. I never understood why someone would sell their word out for a few bucks, but I've been a victim a few times. I've driven 100+ miles only to have the rug pulled out while I stood right there. Hard to punch someone in the face in their house....

Hard to punch someone in the face in their house.... I have had the same experience. Drove from Ithaca to Long Island only to be told that he had an offer for 25% more, which he would "allow" me to match. I commented on his relationship with his mother and left.
