Matthews Posted May 11, 2016 Share Posted May 11, 2016 (edited) Thank you for the nice comments on this build Funny thing is, yesterday someone mailed me multiple times trying to figure out what I had done to these. It was driving him crazy! I guess knowing they are stock with no mods to the bass bins makes it hard for me to see it otherwise. After looking closely, I can see where the confusion arises. Yup, just optical illusion created by the gloss paint and the camera. They are stock and sound awesome! This photo was taken just before I got ready to shoot them with paint, exact same speakers (to dispel the illusion) Perhaps I should edit the ad to include this shot, to help potential buyers see they are unmolested?
